PUPPY CONTRACT

Deposits are Non-refundable. Full balance of puppy is due when pups are 6 weeks old to make all necessary preparations for shipping/transport if needed.

Puppies are shipped no earlier then 8 weeks of age.

HEALTH GUARANTEE:

Blue Moon Moloss guarantees against serious birth & hereditary defects including hip and elbow dysplasia up to 2.25 years of age. We send out all of our puppies with a 2.5 year to lifetime written health guarantee. Our replacement plan allows you to keep the defected puppy [proof of spay/neuter is required] while being replaced with one of contracted quality for just the charges of shipping. Unless the defect is w/in the 72 hr window in which case the puppy must be returned at your expense and an equal replacement will be issued at our expense. In order for this health guarantee to be valid, the following 5 [for 2.5 year guarantee] or 8 [for lifetime guarantee] conditions must be met:

2.5 Year

1. You must take your new puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase; failure to do so will result in all guarantees being voided. We hold no responsibility for any communicable diseases after 72 hours of purchase. If a serious health issue occurs within the first 72 hours of purchasing your puppy, you will be required to provide us with written documentation from a licensed veterinarian w/in 24 hrs of diagnosis. You can then return the defected puppy to us immediately for a replacement.

2. Any buyer with a puppy crippled by hip dysplasia or other genetic defect must present the breeder with a certified letter and x-rays from a licensed veterinarian within 24 hours of finding the genetic defect. Our replacement plan will then be effective.

3. Proof that dog is current on all vaccinations and dewormings, including all puppy shots recommended by a licenses veterinarian.

4. The puppy must be fed a NATURAL dog food and nothing with by-products or chemical preservatives, BHA, BHT, or Ethoxyquins in the ingredients. This is to maintain proper nutrition and health. Receipts/Credit Card Statements must be kept to provide documentation that the puppy is being provided proper nutrition, we will also accept barcodes that include the brand but we prefer you feed www.QualityDogFood.com and can place your order from this link to ensure we recieve each reciept in our breeder account because we sign each of our puppy buyers up for this food at time of puppy purchase and place the first order for you for free.

5. The puppy must be kept on NuVet Supplements they can be ordered by clicking: NuVet Supplements

6. The puppy must be fed www.QualityDogFood.com, an ALL NATURAL human grade premium dog food we stand behind or canidae. All ordered must come from this site www.QualityDogFood.com as we have a breeder account and keep track of all reciepts for the food purchases. We will order your first bag for you and will be shipped to your home prior to your puppy's arrival.

7. The puppy must not be subject to play or running on hardwood or other slippery flooring during developmental stages. It is understood that in conjunction with a healthy diet and minimal exercise the puppy will have the best chance for normal healthy hips.

8. Buyer MUST maintain contact with us during all milestones of puppy's life such as puppy kindergarten, training, events etc. [of course we would prefer all buyers to maintain contact with us throughout the life of their new addition]

- We DO NOT grant cash refunds or accept liability for medical, veterinary, or misc. expenses related to the care of your Cane Corso. Owning a pet in itself is a financial responsiblity that you understand you are responsible for.

-Cherry Eye and Entropian, Ectropian are common with all Mollosser breeds and these conditions are not covered by our guarantee.

-Buyer understands and agrees that extensive exercise before the dog is 18 months old and developed is strictly prohibited. Jumping in and out of vehicles, excessive play on slippery and/or hard surfaces and other activities that may cause stress on undeveloped joints is absolutely unacceptable.
